Momentsseattle Roofing is a referral service. We are not a roofing company. We do not own trucks, ladders or crews. We connect homeowners with independent local providers who handle new roofs and replacements.

That is the whole model. We say it up front because you should know who you are dealing with.

Why this site exists

Finding a roofer is hard when the roof is already a worry. Search results are noisy. Phone calls go nowhere. Many homeowners just want a straight path to someone who does the work.

So we built a simple front door. You describe the roof. We route the request to a provider in our network. Then you take it from there.

How requests are routed

You send an estimate request, or you request a callback to check provider availability. We look at your town and the job. Then we pass your details to a local provider who may be a fit.

The provider contacts you. Some respond quickly, and some take longer. Availability varies, especially after hail or a big storm. Season sets timing.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Treat homeowners with respect.
• Explain the scope in plain words.
• Give a written quote you can read at your own pace.
• Follow the licensing and insurance rules that apply where they work.

You should still check these things yourself. Ask for proof. Read the quote. We are not a substitute for your own look.

What we do not do

This part matters, so it is blunt.

• We do not do roofing work.
• We do not set prices.
• We do not schedule the job. The provider does.
• We do not decide your scope.
• We do not handle your insurance claim. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
• We do not make promises on behalf of providers.

Our focus is new installs and replacements. If you only need a small patch, a provider can tell you whether that fits or not.

How we are paid

Homeowners do not pay Momentsseattle Roofing to request an estimate. Providers may pay a fee for a referral. That is how the service keeps running.

Your price comes from the provider, in writing. Compare it with other quotes. Typical U.S. roof replacement costs vary a lot by size, pitch, materials and local conditions, so a written quote is the only number that counts.

Cold winters with deep frost, hot humid summers, hail and severe thunderstorms all wear on a roof. Spring flooding adds stress to the whole house. Ask early, and you give yourself room to choose a good window.
